When you choose to join, Welcome Home Club saves your name (if provided), email, optional interests (and the home-journey stage for earlier memberships), signup source, and the date and version of your membership consent.
The Club uses those details to manage membership and prepare relevant Club resources and community updates. Joining or selecting buying, owning, or refinancing interests does not submit a loan application, request mortgage contact, or send your Game Plan to Kat. Use the separate Ask Kat action when you want financing guidance.
Your Game Plan
Game Plan answers are stored in your browser. You can download your completed plan. They are not sent with membership signup. Use “Start over” in the Game Plan to clear its saved answers.
Access
Membership records are stored in the website’s database. The Club owner can access and export them through a signed-in owner page; there is no public member directory. The interactive house remembers your name and interests (plus any earlier stage) on this device so it can suggest a useful next step.
